We take your privacy matters seriously. With TeamPrinter your information is safe and only used for purposes of printing the content you intend to print.
We collect the content you intend to print — documents, photos, etc. although we almost immediately convert it to a form suitable for preview and printing, leaving alone the original files on our device. We also collect minimum information possible when you sign up, place an order or open a PrintSpot. It’s only needed for the system to function and other participants to identify you when necessary, for example when you offer printing service in your area.
We do not use any of the 3-rd party components that might collect your data or violate your privacy in any way. However, when purchasing our products, upgrades or subscriptions via Google Play, Amazon, Apple App Store, PayPal, Stripe and other 3-rd parties, you may be explicitly asked to provide additional information by the corresponding companies. Please refer to their privacy policy when needed.
TeamPrinter does not permanently store the content you print. It’s only transferring it in encrypted form suitable for printing to a PrintSpot you’ll later pick up the paper from. Any information we collect from your mobile device or computer be used in one of the following ways:
To provide you with printing experience (to print the content of your files, images, etc.)
To personalize your experience and better respond to your individual needs
To improve the quality of our services
To better support you if you ask

The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
For order processing some information is collected by Payment Gateway Providers. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
