We take your privacy matters seriously. With TeamPrinter your information is safe and only used for purposes of printing the content you intend to print.
What information do we collect?
We collect the content you intend to print: documents, photos, etc. However, we almost immediately convert it to a form suitable for preview and printing, leaving the original files on your device. We also collect the very minimum of the information when you sign up, place an order or open a PrintSpot. It is only needed for the system to function and other participants to identify you when necessary (for example, when you offer printing services in your area).
How do we use your information?
TeamPrinter does not permanently store the content you print. It’s only transferring it in an encrypted form suitable for printing to a PrintSpot where you are intending to pick it up in the paper from. Any information we collect from your mobile device or computer is going to be used in one of the following ways:
- To provide you with printing capabilities (to print the content of your files, images, etc.).
- To personalize your experience and better respond to your individual needs.
- To improve the quality of our services.
- To better support you if you ask.
- To process and expedite your order(s).
The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to sending occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Do we protect your information?
We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
For order processing, some information is collected by Payment Gateway Providers. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Absolutely not. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may only provide with non-personally identifiable information such as usage statistics, analytics, crash reports, etc.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
